Built to Empower Our Community

Astek, LLC is a Haitian- and Black-owned holding company in Fort Wayne that brings real estate guidance, investment education, retail clothing, and counseling businesses under one roof. We started in 2026 after arriving from Haiti and seeing how hard it was to understand American systems without help. Our mission is simple, we walk with Africans, Haitians, and other minorities as they build stable, confident lives in a new country.

Our Roots and the Founding of Astek

Our leadership lived the newcomer experience. We came from Haiti, spent seven years learning a new language, new rules about money and housing, and often felt alone. No one explained credit, mortgages, or counseling in a way that respected our culture. Astek, LLC grew out of that struggle. We built a holding company so others would not have to guess, and so support for housing, money, clothing, and guidance could sit in one family-owned place.

Integrated Services Under One Roof

Our companies offer practical help for each stage of your new life. Real estate businesses teach you how buying or selling a home works. Investment and stock trading arms explain money and markets in simple language. The retail clothing branch helps you dress with confidence, while counseling services provide a safe, private space to talk. Together, these businesses create one clear path toward stability, growth, and a real sense of belonging.

Our Leadership Team

Meet the family behind Astek LLC—Haitian-born professionals dedicated to helping you build your future.

Marie Ketsia

As President of Astek, LLC, Marie Ketsia Confident brings her lived journey as a Haitian immigrant into every decision we make. She remembers what it felt like to arrive in the United States, to face new rules about housing, money, and work, and to have no guide. That memory shapes how she leads our holding company and each business under it.

Marie focuses on stability and dignity for our clients. She oversees the real estate, investment, retail, and counseling branches so they stay practical, honest, and culturally aware. Her leadership style is simple, she listens first, then explains step by step. Whether someone is asking about buying a home, starting to invest, or finding counseling, Marie's goal is that they feel respected, understood, and never rushed.

Wayman Lewis

CEO Wayman Lewis Stevenson Jr. guides the daily operations and long‑term vision of Astek, LLC. He draws on experience in business, real estate, and community work to connect our different companies into one clear path for clients. Wayman understands how confusing American systems can feel for newcomers, and he treats every question as important, never as something people should already know.

Wayman's role includes shaping our real estate guidance, investment education, and counseling access so they stay simple, honest, and focused on real life results. He works closely with our teams to keep information in plain English and to respect the cultural background of Africans, Haitians, and other minorities. Under his leadership, we aim to make every phone call, visit, or virtual session feel like a conversation with someone on your side.
